Tuna auction in Tsukiji, Tokio is one of the most prestigious in the world. The auction starts before 6 am and the access to visitors is strongly restricted to only 120 persons daily. Despite the general enthusiasm in technological gadgets, the auction runs at high pace in a completely traditional way.
